Introduction
It is a great pleasure for us to present the 1st International Workshop of the Spanish network on mycotoxins, toxigenic fungi and their decontamination processes, which will take place from June 28 to 30, 2023 at the University of Valencia, Faculty of Pharmacy (Spain) , with an attractive program and invited speakers of great international prestige.
The international workshop on mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi will be a great opportunity to establish links between researchers, professionals and teachers who work in this field, being a reference forum that allows the exchange of knowledge and experiences on work methodologies, increasing efficiency. in risk assessment and improving the quality and safety of food, protecting and promoting the health of the population.
